USR President, Dominic Fritz, calls for responsibility in the discussions at Cotroceni for the conclusion of contracts from the SAFE program in 33 days

Dominic Fritz, the president of USR, announced that he will request accountability during the discussions at the Cotroceni Palace, considering that Romania has only 33 days to finalize contracts from the SAFE program.

This program not only aims to enhance national security but also to create thousands of jobs and opportunities for the Romanian industry. Fritz emphasized the importance of the negotiation team, which has made significant progress, considering that discussions are about a sum of over 16 billion euros for the defense of Romania and Europe.

Fritz called for political responsibility, warning that motions of censure, parliamentary blockages, or public attacks can affect the process at a critical moment.
