PSD's attack campaign against PNL: Daniel Băluță compares Ilie Bolojan to Călin Georgescu: "Stop a behavior that divides people" / "A huge number of people are being sent to extermination"

Daniel Băluță, the president of PSD Bucharest, announced that on Monday, the party will condemn behavior that divides society, stating that many people are "stigmatized, insulted, and sent towards extermination".

Băluță emphasized that, despite the achievements in Sector 4, such as the construction of two hospitals and attracting 5 billion euros, PSD lost the elections for the Capital City Hall due to hatred and disinformation. He questioned the difference between the current prime minister and "the network of a candidate whose elections were annulled", accusing the lack of measures against the stigmatization of people. Băluță stated that PSD will take a firm stance against this system that generates hatred, promising that in the coming weeks this behavior will be eliminated.

"In recent days, we see that more and more colleagues from the country say, like us: enough, stop, it can’t go on like this. We can no longer accept this and we are asking ourselves a very serious question. What is the difference between the current prime minister and the network of a candidate in the presidential elections for which the elections were annulled? Why does the Prime Minister of Romania take no measures when a huge number of people are stigmatized, insulted, and sent towards extermination? Unfortunately, this has been happening recently. I am one of the people who more than pressed, more than decided to support the removal of such a system that generates so much hatred in our society, a system in which nothing we do matters, only influencing people matters, only bringing as much conflict as possible in Romanian society matters. PSD will say tomorrow stop to such behavior and I am convinced that in the coming weeks this sick system will simply be removed," Băluță stated.

Băluță's attack comes shortly after the PSD's general secretary, Claudiu Manda, made a series of political threats.

This campaign of attacks comes in the context in which PSD is preparing to exit the government through an internal referendum on Monday.
