The draft law provides for the establishment of the Moldova Fund with an initial share capital of €250 million, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The fund will invest in Moldovan financial assets and will be managed by a Supervisory Board. Petrișor Peiu, leader of the AUR senators, says the fund will create a constant source of investment, strengthening economic ties and the sense of attachment to Romania. European funds will support economic integration between the two countries.
