The reduction of staff at CFM was achieved by eliminating auxiliary functions and retiring employees, which improved operational efficiency. This reorganization led to a decrease in salary arrears, from 7-8 months to 4 months, and employees received salaries for previous months. In August, two salaries were paid for employees, and in five branches, three salaries, totaling 129 million lei.
