CFR Călători is facing a traffic ban due to debts of 41,414,733.68 lei owed to the Infrastructure Use Tariff, equivalent to almost 8.2 million euro. Regio trains will be suspended from September 1, and Interregio trains from October 1, if the debts are not paid or a payment schedule is not presented. The non-payment also affects the salaries of CFR SA employees, according to the notification sent by CFR SA.
