Google will develop a special version of its artificial intelligence model, Gemini, for Apple, as part of a significant partnership. According to Bloomberg, Apple will pay one billion dollars a year for access to and use of this advanced technology. The new version of Gemini, which will combine 1.2 trillion parameters, will be integrated into the upcoming version of the Siri voice assistant, bringing new functionalities for Apple device users. The model will run on Apple servers, without sending data to Google, and Apple will continue to develop its own AI models. Although the new version of Siri is expected to be launched next year, details about its availability in the European Union or its impact on the collaboration with OpenAI for ChatGPT remain unclear.
