The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, stated that Russia is preparing for a new series of large-scale attacks, according to information from intelligence services. The warning was made during a nighttime speech, in which Zelensky emphasized close collaboration with allies to obtain military assistance, especially regarding air defense systems and missiles.

Ukraine is facing a deep energy crisis, caused by repeated attacks on the electrical grid, leaving millions of people without heat and electricity in extreme winter conditions. Zelensky called for greater international pressure on Russia, emphasizing that global silence will only prolong the conflict. Since October 2022, Russian forces have targeted numerous power plants and substations, severely affecting the country's energy infrastructure.
