Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Russia is preparing a “massive attack” on Ukraine

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that Russia is preparing a massive attack, following an operational meeting held in Kyiv with the participation of the government, military leadership, and emergency services. Ukrainian authorities are preparing retaliatory measures and have established priorities for protecting national infrastructure and logistics.

Zelenskyy stated that intelligence services had provided updated information about Russia’s plans, while regional officials and government members had prepared additional logistical solutions in response to Russian operations against Ukrainian logistics.

The defense minister and the commander of the Air Force presented plans for distributing air defense assets and organizing defense around key targets. Ukraine is ensuring ammunition for F-16 aircraft, interception systems, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The most difficult issue remains defense against ballistic missiles, for which deliveries depend exclusively on international partners. Zelenskyy also said that Russian attacks over the past 24 hours had hit hospitals in Kramatorsk and Kryvyi Rih.
