A series of attacks launched Thursday morning by Russia in Ukraine resulted in the deaths of three Ukrainians, including a child, as well as two Russian children.

The mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, announced on Telegram that a 12-year-old boy and a 35-year-old woman were among the victims of an attack on the capital, which also caused 22 injuries, including four medical staff members. In the Podilsky district, a child was rescued from the rubble after the collapse of an apartment building. In Dnipro, a Russian attack resulted in one death and injured another ten, while nighttime strikes on Odesa caused five injuries. On the other side, the governor of Krasnodar reported the deaths of two children following a Ukrainian drone attack. In this context, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte called on member states to intensify military support for Ukraine, while negotiations to end the conflict remain stalled. Russian President Vladimir Putin demands the surrender of territories in eastern Ukraine, while Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky rejects any territorial compromise.
