European Commission President: "The Kremlin mocks diplomacy, violates international law, and kills without discrimination"

Ursula von der Leyen stated that Russia is mocking diplomacy and killing without discrimination, following massive drone and missile attacks on Ukraine, resulting in civilian casualties. Russia launched 805 drones and 13 missiles, and the Ukrainian defense shot down the majority of them. Von der Leyen reaffirmed Europe's support for Ukraine, promising to strengthen the armed forces and impose harsher sanctions against Russia.
