Donald Tusk made the remarks after a meeting with US General Alexus Grynkewich, who confirmed forecasts of Russia's combat capability. Tusk emphasized the importance of military training, announcing that every man in Poland will undergo military training to form an army of 500,000 soldiers. Ukrainian President Zelenski also warned that Russia's aggression could also affect NATO territories if not stopped.
