According to a Reuters/Ipsos poll, Donald Trump's approval rating has fallen to 42%, the lowest level since his return to the White House. Americans are concerned about his efforts to expand his influence over institutions, including universities, and to control cultural institutions. A majority of respondents also believe Trump should not run for a third term, and 57% do not support withholding funding from universities for political reasons.
