The American president Donald Trump commented on the publication of over three million new documents related to Jeffrey Epstein, stating that they absolve him of any accusations. Although Trump is mentioned over 3,000 times in these files, the Department of Justice emphasized that there is no evidence of illegal activities on his part. Trump denied any involvement and stated that some claims in the documents are false and sensationalist. He also announced that he intends to sue author Michael Wolff, whom he accuses of conspiracy alongside Epstein to harm him politically. Trump mentioned that he might also consider a lawsuit against Epstein's heirs. Correspondence involving Epstein was previously published by the Democrats from the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.
