The British and American governments have agreed to launch a partnership for the construction of nuclear power plants, accelerating investments in the field.

The Atlantic Partnership for Advanced Nuclear Energy, convened between the United Kingdom and the USA, will facilitate the construction of nuclear power plants, reducing the licensing period from four to two months. The projects include advanced modular reactors that will power 1.5 million homes and create 2,500 jobs. The agreement also aims to eliminate dependence on Russian nuclear material by 2028, promoting clean energy and economic growth.
