Kaja Kallas, the head of the European Union's foreign policy, emphasized that the international legal order is under attack, expressing concerns regarding human rights and international norms. In this context, the EU is seeking options to support the International Criminal Court (ICC), which has been affected by sanctions imposed by the United States on its judges and prosecutors. Kallas mentioned that all EU member states are obliged to respect the Council's decisions, including in the case of Hungary, which announced its intention to withdraw from the ICC.
