Tensions between Russia and Ukraine have escalated again after a drone attack on a medical center in the Donetsk region, according to Russian authorities. The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that eight medical staff were killed, and another ten people, including nine medical staff, were injured. The incident reportedly occurred on the night of March 10, when the medical center was active, having over 130 patients and 50 employees. Russia claims that the attack constitutes a serious violation of international humanitarian law. Additionally, Russian authorities reported another incident in the Bryansk province, where an electronics components factory was allegedly hit, resulting in the death of seven civilians and injuring approximately 50 people.
