<p>Syria's new prime minister, Mohammad al-Bashir, has said it is time for the people to enjoy stability and calm. He was appointed to head the transitional government by Syrian rebels who ousted Bashar al-Assad from power. His promise comes after more than 13 years of war that has exhausted the Syrian people.
