An electric substation near the city of Odesa was damaged by a Russian drone attack, leaving over 29,000 customers without electricity.

Following the drone attack last night, the city of Chernomorsk, located near Odesa, was the most severely affected, with reports of damage to homes and administrative buildings. The energy operator DTEK confirmed that four of its power plants were hit, with repairs set to begin as soon as the military and emergency services allow access. According to the Ukrainian air forces, Russia launched 142 Shahed drones and decoys, of which 126 were shot down, with the remainder causing damage in ten locations.
