<p>On Friday, the city of Odessa was the target of a Russian attack with two ballistic missiles, resulting in the death of a port employee and the wounding of eight people, four of them in serious condition. The head of the military administration, Oleg Kiper, confirmed the incident and emphasized the efforts of medics to save the lives of the wounded.
