Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that a Russian airstrike on the village of Iarova killed at least 21 civilians while distributing pensions. The regional governor condemned the attack as an act of terrorism, emphasizing that rescue teams are on site to assist the victims. Zelensky called on the international community to respond firmly against Russia's actions, stating that such attacks cannot go unanswered.
