The Madrid Regional Government has awarded the Romanian community the highest distinction for its contribution to economic and social development.

The Madrid authorities have decided to reward the Romanian community for its involvement in the economic and social development of the region. With more than 144,000 people, Romanians are not only very hard-working but also the most active people in the region, contributing significantly to job creation and new opportunities.
