In a recent interview, Vladimir Putin acknowledged that Russia is facing a "certain shortage" of fuel, as a result of Ukrainian attacks on Russian oil infrastructure. These attacks have created problems in fuel supply, especially in Crimea, where authorities declared a state of emergency due to the shortage and power outages.

Putin emphasized that, although there are difficulties, they are not critical and promised that Russia will ensure the security of the country and will overcome the challenges, including terrorist attacks. At the same time, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the attacks are part of operations aimed at weakening Russia's ability to continue the war. Recently, a Ukrainian attack caused a fire at a refinery in the Krasnodar region, demonstrating the impact of these actions on Russian infrastructure.
