The Tate brothers' lawyers claim that they are being held in harsh isolation conditions at the Federal Detention Center in Miami.

Andrew and Tristan Tate, arrested on July 18 in Miami, are facing difficult conditions in the Federal Detention Center (FDC). The U.S. Bureau of Prisons has confirmed issues with the cooling system and water, and the brothers' lawyers claim that they are kept in isolation and have been forced to drink dirty water.

Although prosecutors assert that the detention conditions are reasonable, the lawyers complain about the lack of comfort, including beds that are too short and the absence of pillows. The detainees have had difficulties getting out of their cells, and Andrew Tate has described traumatic experiences in his social media posts.

The prison has also faced incidents and protests from some detainees amid high temperatures, and staff intervened with tear gas. Although malfunctions have been reported, authorities claim that the water is potable and that detainees have access to additional supplies.
