Leading Estonian ticketing group Piletilevi Group acquires Ticketportal in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, doubling its annual ticketing volume

Piletilevi, the largest ticket retailer in the Baltic States, has acquired Ticketportal, the market leader in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This transaction will double PLG's total ticketing volume to almost €600 million annually. This strategic expansion strengthens the company's position in the seven European countries where it operates. PLG, owned by Angel Rose Capital and other investment firms, is seeking new capital through a funding round on the bond markets.
