Flanco signs the agreement for the acquisition by Kotsovolos / The transaction is valued at 35 million euros

Flanco has announced the signing of an agreement to acquire Kotsovolos, a company part of the PPC Group, in a transaction valued at €35 million based on the company’s Enterprise Value. The agreement concerns the expansion of Kotsovolos’ operations in Southeastern Europe, with a strong focus on the Romanian market.

The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of 2026. However, closing depends on obtaining the necessary approvals from the relevant regulatory authorities, including the Competition Council, as well as fulfilling the customary contractual conditions agreed between the parties.

The acquisition marks an important step in Kotsovolos’ development in the region and the consolidation of its presence on the Romanian market. The transaction can be completed only after the authorization and review stages required by law have been completed. Until the approvals are obtained and the contractual conditions are fulfilled, the agreement does not produce the final effect of transferring the company.
