Revolut has completed its latest funding round, a transaction that sets a new valuation for the company of $115 billion. The operation was led by Coatue, Glade Brook, Durable Capital Partners, T. Rowe Price Associates and Baillie Gifford.
The new valuation comes as the company accelerates its international expansion and reports strong financial results. Since the beginning of 2026, Revolut has launched banking operations in the United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand. During the same period, the company obtained banking licenses in France, Colombia and Argentina and received conditional approval from the OCC for a banking license in the United States.
These developments complement Revolut’s banking operations in 30 markets across the European Economic Area. In 2025, the company’s revenue rose 46% to $6 billion, equivalent to £4.5 billion. Profit before tax increased 57% to $2.3 billion, while the pre-tax margin reached 38%.
Revolut launched in the United Kingdom in 2015, initially offering money transfer and foreign exchange services. Revolut Bank UAB is a licensed European bank established in Lithuania and authorized and regulated by the Bank of Lithuania and the European Central Bank.
