In a meeting in Abu Dhabi, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashkin and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev failed to reach a peace agreement, although they agreed to continue bilateral negotiations. Communications issued by the two sides do not indicate significant progress, and Azerbaijan has presented Armenia with a list of preconditions, including amending the Armenian constitution to give up territorial claims over Nagorno-Karabakh.
