Russia carried out a massive drone attack on the Cherkasy region in central Ukraine, injuring six people and causing a power outage in the city of Cherkasy, according to local governor Ihor Taburets' statements. The attack targeted critical infrastructure, leaving part of the city without electricity and causing damage to over a dozen private homes. The Ukrainian army reported that out of the 82 drones launched by Russia, 63 were destroyed. Additionally, Russia attacked the energy infrastructure in the Mykolaiv region, leaving localities in the Voznesensk and Mykolaiv districts without power, although supply was restored later. In recent months, Russia has intensified attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure, targeting gas and energy facilities, which has led to power outages across the country.
