German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul said Europeans have a significant influence on Ukraine's future, emphasizing their unity in the face of challenges. In the talks ahead, he emphasized that any negotiations must start after a ceasefire agreement and that the final decisions on Ukraine's fate belong exclusively to Kiev. Mr Wadephul acknowledged that a possible peace agreement might involve concessions, but stressed that Europeans would not remain passive in the face of external decisions. Germany will continue to support Ukraine in this critical period.
