Vice President JD Vance stated on Thursday that it is "seen" whether President Donald Trump will sign a provisional memorandum of understanding with Iran and said that the two countries are still negotiating "a few points related to the wording of the text."

Highlighting the progress made, Vance stated that there are a few key points regarding Iran's nuclear program and enriched uranium that remain under discussion.
