This proposal comes in response to public reactions and a tragic incident in which a two-year-old girl died after general anesthesia at a private clinic. Alexandru Rogobete emphasizes that, although implementation will not be immediate, it is essential to provide patients access to safe and modern procedures, with hospital support in case of complications. He proposes that these interventions be reimbursed by the National Health Insurance House, similar to other medical services. The minister requests the opinion of Romanians on this matter, highlighting the importance of this initiative for patient safety.
