Daniel Băluță, the PSD candidate for the Capital City Hall, declared on Sunday, after the vote, that he appreciates the participation of Bucharest residents and believes that the time has come for his results and projects to matter. He emphasized the importance of developing the city by attracting European funds for infrastructure, hospitals, schools, and public transport. Băluță urged citizens, especially from Sector 4, to come out to vote to continue the projects for Bucharest.

In response to questions about the unfavorable weather, he stated that citizens know what is best for them and that nothing should prevent them from exercising their right to vote. Băluță concluded by sending a message of optimism, highlighting his previous achievements, such as the construction of the subway and hospitals, as symbols of the desire for change in the city.
