The Ministry of Education has published the revised versions of the programs for Romanian Language and Literature, 9th grade, including significant changes for a better transition from middle school to high school.

The Ministry of Education and Research has launched the new revised programs for Romanian Language and Literature, grade IX, as a result of integrating the observations received during the institutional transparency period. The main changes include clarifying the transition from middle school to high school, by detailing the first content sequence, titled 'Reflections on Literature', which continues the theme from grade VIII.

Additionally, methodological suggestions for comparing literary epochs have been added, and the list of Romanian and foreign authors has been expanded, including relevant female authors for literature and social criticism. The programs also include elements of media education and activities that promote the responsible use of content generated by Artificial Intelligence. Clear definitions for essential concepts are included to assist teachers in their teaching.
