In November, the Ministry of Finance will organize an auction for treasury discount certificates, with a nominal value of 500 million lei, on November 26. Additionally, 13 issues of government bonds will be reopened, with a total value of 6.3 billion lei, to finance the state budget deficit, refinancing, and early repayment of public debt. The bond auctions will take place on November 3, 6, 10, 13, 17, 20, 24, and 26, with maturities ranging from 1.5 years to nearly 15 years and coupon rates between 6.30% and 7.90%. The budget revision estimates a gross financing need of approximately 259 billion lei for 2025, considering a budget deficit of 8.4% of GDP. Additional net financing will come from internal and external sources.
