Rețele Electrici Romania, part of the PPC Group, has announced the launch of a public tender worth around €59 million for the purchase of power transformers needed in investment projects to be carried out between 2025 and 2030. The contract will last 60 months and the company aims to modernize the distribution network to meet growing energy requirements. Selection criteria include incentivizing the use of recyclable packaging. Rețele Electrici Romania plans to invest more than 730 million lei this year to improve services and integrate renewable energy sources.
