Investment Minister Dragoș Pîslaru announced that, following the adoption of an emergency ordinance, each ministry will submit projects with a physical progress of more than 30% to benefit from PNRR funds. Projects with a lower progress can be included if they are feasible until August 2026. The ordinance provides for suspension of contracts for those with less than 30% physical progress. The government will seek alternative sources of funding for projects not funded through the PNRR and ensure transparency in their implementation.
