Minister Dragoș Pîslaru provided details about the status of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), announcing the closure of payment request no. 3 and the completion of request no. 4 for next week, with a total amount of 2.62 billion euros in non-reimbursable grants for Romania.

Pîslaru emphasized the importance of not losing non-reimbursable funds, stating that work is underway on a proposal for the European Commission. On the reform side, the situation is more complex, especially regarding the listing or restructuring of state-owned companies in transport and energy.

These statements come in the context of the dismissal of the government led by Ilie Bolojan through a motion of censure, highlighting the political challenges faced in implementing the PNRR.
