The leu depreciated on Tuesday against the euro and the dollar, but appreciated against the Swiss franc

On Tuesday, the national currency depreciated against the euro, which was quoted at 5.0625 lei, and against the dollar, quoted at 4.4604 lei. In contrast, the leu appreciated against the Swiss franc to 5.3994 lei. The gold gram also fell to 472.9221 lei, compared with 475.9868 lei in the previous session.
