Between September 5-12, 2025, the Ministry of Public Finance will run the Fidelis program, allowing citizens to invest in government bonds with attractive annual interest rates, between 7.20% and 7.90% for lei and 3.10% and 6.50% for euros. There are incentives for blood donors, and the bonds will be listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, facilitating trading. Subscriptions will be made through reputable banks, and the program aims to attract capital from the population, offering a safe alternative to bank deposits.
