The project launched by DTEK Renewables International & Moldova Eolian, part of the energy and utilities group DTEK, controlled by Rinat Ahmetov, Ukraine's richest man, is part of an initiative that also includes the Ruginoasa wind farm (Iasi). The two projects together will generate around 225,000 MWh of electricity annually.
