Certinvest Management Solutions, an investment management company, has entered under the protection of Law 85/2014, which regulates the insolvency procedure, after several creditors filed requests in this regard. This measure comes as a result of the financial difficulties faced by the company, which was forced to seek the court's help to restructure its debts and protect its assets.

Entering insolvency allows Certinvest Management Solutions to negotiate with creditors and develop a reorganization plan, in an attempt to recover its financial situation. This decision will have a significant impact on the company's operations and business relationships, as well as on its investors and clients.
