AROBS finalizes the acquisition of Quest Global Romania by issuing new shares, without a cash component.

AROBS Group has announced the acquisition of Quest Global Romania, fully realized through the issuance of new shares, without a cash component. This is the first transaction of this type for AROBS, according to the M&A strategy adopted after listing on the Main Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange in September 2023. This move reflects AROBS's commitment to attracting capital from institutional investors and expanding expertise in areas such as semiconductors, healthcare, and embedded solutions.

Quest Global Romania, based in Craiova, has a team of approximately 110 specialists and offers integrated software development, testing, and IT consulting services. This acquisition will allow AROBS to tackle more complex projects and develop long-term relationships with international clients. The management of Quest Global in Romania will continue under the current team, and the financial results will be included in AROBS's consolidated financial statements after the completion of the transaction, estimated for the first half of the year.

The partnership with Quest Global joins other transactions made by AROBS in 2025, aimed at expanding technical expertise and strengthening international presence. AROBS is active in various industries and has over 1,200 specialists, providing innovative software solutions for clients worldwide.
