Alan Dye, who was the head of design at Apple for ten years, has decided to leave the company to join Meta, where he will lead a new creative studio within the Reality Labs division. This move coincides with Mark Zuckerberg's plans to create a studio that will combine design, fashion, and technology to develop the next generation of products and experiences. Meta aims to develop interfaces that integrate artificial intelligence into its products, facilitating user interaction with advanced technologies. This recruitment is part of Meta's strategy to attract top specialists from rival companies, considering that it has recently hired experts in AI from Apple and OpenAI. Dye's position at Apple will be filled by Steve Lemay, a company veteran with experience in interface design.
