According to a report, 65% of buyers anticipate increases in housing prices, influenced by inflation and rising construction costs. The average price of apartments has reached 1,909 euros/sqm, with a 15% increase in the last year. The highest prices are recorded in Cluj-Napoca, Brașov, and Bucharest. The number of those who believe in price decreases has significantly dropped, from 33% to 17%. The study was conducted on a sample of 800 people interested in the real estate market.
