As of September 30, 2025, 82% of the available apartments were sold, and the company plans new launches to meet the demand.
Rental income increased by 3%, and the commercial portfolio has an occupancy rate of 98%. One United Properties is constructing 3,817 units and 22,000 sqm of office space, with a gross development value of over 1.4 billion euros. The company also owns land for development estimated at 2.35 billion euros, planning the construction of 9,650 apartments and 151,000 sqm of commercial buildings.
