The Administration of the Environmental Fund (AFM) has announced an additional 45 million lei for the budget dedicated to thermal and hybrid vehicles under the 'Rabla 2025' Program, aimed at individuals. This decision comes as a result of the high demand for the purchase of vehicles with thermal propulsion systems, including motorcycles. The funds have been redirected by reducing the budget allocated for electric vehicles.

Individuals can register for the program starting from November 6, 2025, until December 15, 2025, or until the funds are exhausted. The president of AFM, Florin Bănică, mentioned that the desire is to provide a new opportunity for those who were unable to register in the first phase. The value of the eco-vouchers varies depending on the type of vehicle, from 10,000 lei for internal combustion vehicles to 18,500 lei for those that are 100% electric. The 'Rabla' program has a total budget of 200 million lei, and the funds for internal combustion vehicles were quickly exhausted, in just 13 minutes from the launch.
