An 18-year-old girl has been detained for attempted murder after she stabbed her 23-year-old boyfriend following a conflict.

An 18-year-old girl from Brașov County has been detained for attempted murder after allegedly stabbing her 23-year-old boyfriend following a spontaneous conflict.

The incident occurred on February 21, in a shared residence in the locality of Budila. According to prosecutors, the young woman stabbed her partner in the chest area, causing pneumothorax and hemopericardium. She is being investigated for domestic violence, and prosecutors have requested her preventive arrest. A court panel is set to decide on the arrest proposal.
