The young man tried to contest the decision in court, but without success, now being obliged to leave the country and give up his studies. He was working at a fishery and had a small online business selling perfumes, raising money for his parents, who suffered as a result of the bombings in Gaza, in the context of the Israel-Hamas conflict.
