A tragic accident occurred on Monday on Berceni Road, where a 20-year-old young man hit and injured two pedestrians, a 35-year-old woman and a 2-year-old child in a stroller. As a result of the impact, the woman died, and the child was transported to the hospital for medical care. The Sector 4 Court accepted on Tuesday the prosecutors' proposal for the preventive arrest of the young man for 30 days, who is being investigated for manslaughter and bodily harm through negligence. The accident also involved two other vehicles, with the victims being thrown into the opposite lane of traffic. The driver was tested with a breathalyzer, and the result was zero.
