A woman was injured after the car she was driving fell into the Bahlui river, she managed to get out of the vehicle before the arrival of the crews.

On Monday morning, a woman was involved in an accident in which the car she was driving fell into the Bahlui River, between the Metalurgie Bridge and the Saint John Bridge, in the municipality of Iași. At the scene, ISU Iași sent two fire trucks and a first aid crew, consisting of 13 firefighters.

Upon the arrival of the crews, it was found that the woman had managed to get out of the car before the intervention and was on the bank, being conscious and cooperative. After a medical evaluation conducted by the first aid crew, she was transported to the hospital. There were no other people in the car, and the firefighters began operations to prevent and recover the vehicle. The police continue investigations to establish the circumstances of the accident.
